Who can use CIG One? +
CIG One is an invitation-only platform for verified Coptic Investment Group members — both investors and administrative members. If you're interested in becoming a member, you can fill out the investor inquiry form above and our team will personally review your application.
Is the app available on both iOS and Android? +
Yes. CIG One is built for both iOS and Android. Current members can access the app through TestFlight (iOS beta) or via direct APK installation. Public App Store and Google Play listings are coming soon.
How is my data and financial information kept secure? +
CIG One is built on Firebase with role-based access control — you only see your own data. All communication is encrypted in transit. Document signatures are timestamped with a verified audit trail. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication.
How do I sign the Operating Agreement? +
After completing KYC verification, the Operating Agreement will appear in your app. You can read it in full and sign electronically with a single tap. The signed version is stored in your Document Vault and countersigned by the Managing Member — all within the app.
What is the Coptic Investment Club? +
The Coptic Investment Club (CIG Capital Access) is a participant-governed pool inside the CIG One app where members can collaborate on specific ventures. CIG provides the platform — browsing ventures, signing agreements, tracking contributions and returns — but each venture is governed by the people who take part in it. CIG is not a partner in Club ventures, does not manage them, and does not file taxes for them. Each participant is responsible for self-reporting their share of any earnings on their own tax return. Participants can apply to become CIG members at any time.
How do I get the app if I'm already a member? +
For iOS, you can join the TestFlight beta directly at testflight.apple.com/join/PDUv31b1. For Android, contact your administrator or email support@copticinvestmentgroup.com for the install link.
